I've always loved the world of beauty. I created the Beauty Guru blog in 2008 as a platform to share my favourite tips with friends and family.

I started working in pharmacy when I was sixteen, and I went on to work for various beauty brands, as a beauty sales rep, and as freelance makeup artist for over ten years.

Over the years BG has evolved - as have I - and these days I'm equally passionate about living a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle as I am about having a great grooming regime. Everything I write is honest and authentic, and my ultimate goal is to encourage people to feel amazing and live their best lives.

When I'm not immersed in the world of beauty, I’m mum to Lucia, and work in marketing in my partner’s business. I’m an avid reader and love nothing more than curling up with a cup of tea and a book.
